in case you don't get the journal reference, it is the romanisation of the early name of the goddess benzaiten. benzaiten is one of the 'seven lucky gods' -- she represents everything that 'flows': water, words, eloquence, art, and music. the last two specifically are why i feel like i connect to her so much. thus, the name for the journal. |
